Synopsis

The Master has returned as Harold Saxon, Prime Minister of the United Kindom. The Doctor, Martha Jones and Jack Harkness arrive to find that the master has come to power by using the Archangel phone network to subliminally trick the populace into loving and voting him into office. The Master lets all of England know that the three most wanted criminals alive are none other than the Doctor and his companions. So, not only are they hunted by everyone, but the Toclafane, an unknown alien race, has also arrived with bad intentions for the whole human race.
